well sick bodies typcially do have more parasites than healthy peaple so you could have a parasite infection as well. Weight Loss
-Disturbed Sleeps (Always waking up)
-Brain Fog (can't focus, concentrate or remember things)

these are typically strong parasite symptoms that most people have. you should get a gastroenterologist to do a duodenum biopsy in your small intestine. that will tell you everything.
