Re Mold.
Have you tried using one of teh test kits?
Re challenge tests.
Cutler says they are not useful for most people and potentially harmful. He says many healthy people have high amounts of toxins and many sick people don't.
I am one of the latter. My test provoked with DMSA was negative--no toxins high, same with urine porphyrins test. My prechelation test only reported slighly high cadmium--#354 at the site used heavily by FDC group members.

Re high copper
Interesting. I wonder if you have bile flow issues contributing to the high Cu and poor tolerance for vitamin E and similar.
Yes there is a couple of good sections of Cutler's hair test book on Cu. If your budget is really tight you could ask around in FDC and check their Links section.
Cu is supposedly especially nasty along with Hg.
Re my case
It is not one of the more impressive cases in the groups but I am quite grateful for the gains, especially the bone density normalization and much more easy-going mood.
there are heart-wrenching reports that over many months have been turned into impressive recoveries. I followed the following members from their first posts in the FDC group and found them to be quite compelling.

This is an example from one of the autism groups.
