One of the great things about the internet is the sharing of knowledge across the world.

It says it has been 45 days since my last post. This will be my final post as my condition is about 95% gone. I still have some blothiness or discoloration, but it is really small and hardly noticeable. After it stopped spreading and was under control, it took me about two months for the discoloration to go away. I tried it all as you can see from my post, but I think the 4 things to help me truly were:

diet (minimize sugar, minimize bread type foods, and minimize dairy). Think outside the box, you have an overgrowth of yeast on your face so what does yeast use as a food source/nutrients. Google it and decide for yourself whether your diet plays a part.

washing the face with nutrient rich salt. I couldn't find dead Sea Salt , so I used other kinds of salt that had nutrients in them. Twice a day morning and night.

Using apple cider vinegar after washing your face with salt. Again, I used half acv and half water in a bottle to use as a toner after washing my face with the salt. I used Braggs organic apple cider vinegar in case you are wondering. It also helps with acne. I only use it once a day in the morning, or if my face gets oily.

Lastly, the selsun blue with pyrithione zinc on my face and the trouble areas on my scalp once a week. It's an antifungal and I had a burning sensation on my troubled areas when doing this. I left it on for about an hour, but that might overkill or burn too much for some people.

I'm pretty sure astaxanthin wasn't it because I only had a 30 day supply, same with multi vitamins. It might have helped a little, but I don't think I needed it for a cure. Priobiotics didn't really help, pills and yogurt.Again coconut oil made my face worse even though it did help to moisturize and somewhat sooth the burning and inflammation on my face. The drawback was the troubled areas started to spread. Not good. Even though I changed hair gel and face wash due to SLS, I realized my toothpaste had sodium lauryl sulfate after my face started clear, so it wasn't that.

I just wanted to let every know it still took a long time for the discoloration to go away. 45 days at least for me and there is still a tiny bit blothiness. The ACV, Selsun Blue, and nutrient rich raw salt will cost you under 20 bucks so it's worth a shot. Hope that helps someone because I was freaking out.
