I have seen a lot of recipes for a gall bladder flush. I am interested in the most effective, but at the same time, gentle flush -- has anyone actually done the flush for 5 days with only 2 T of olive oil a nd lemon juice?

If so, can you tell me how it went and what to expect-- I hope it isn't too much of an interruption in a normal day. Thanks!
