Its been a couple days without Iodine and i feel better without it completely..turns out the sudden increase in my strength was from switching my workout to focus more on muscles that boost testosterone. Thats why ive been feeling so great. I have noticed that after stopping Iodine i feel much better. I think you guys might be off on taking this stuff. Looking back on the past two weeks all Iodine gave me was an upset stomach, anxiety, and on some days exhaustion and other days mania. So im thinking this is just like anything else taken in excess: poison. Just like food. If u eat too much itll kill u and seems like so will iodine.
