If you have Candida, it may only be secondary to the hypochlorhyrdia/achlorhydria which could be caused by a urease positive bacteria. If you are not producing acid because it is being prevented then you will not digest your food properly and any unwanted organisms will easily enter your digestive system.

Test for acid viability and acid production.
