Good Advice. I am not as naive as you might think. SAD is distant past for me, and I understand EFAs. When not on the Master-Cleanse I take Flax oil daily. You make a good point, flax oil does reduce psoriasis.

My health problems are not diet related - they are the consequence of medical intervention for Hyperthyroidism: RAI, betablockers and thyroid suppressants. They really messed up my systems.

I am on the Master-Cleanse because a healthy Diet alone was not enough to get the toxins out of my system.
