Lastly there is strong evidence that points to the adrenal axis and Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome - reports show that Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome patients have abnormal HPA axis which means the adrenals are firing much of the time. This leads to sympathetic/parasympathetic problems which means energy swings (physical/mental). Rebuilding the adrenals with nutritional support and managing stress levels will help.
