Hi all

Pretty close now to all the dental works and Amalgam removal and I am planning my strategy for chelation.

I am also seeing a huge variation on dosages, chelation methods etc, and I am struggling a little to find a start point.

My initial starting point would be 12.5mg every 3 hrs 4 days on 4 off.
Then after a determined period change to ALA. Its all pretty unnerving as I don't know what, if any side effects there may be.
It does seem that if side effects are there, increasing the DMSA and or reducing the time between dosage. Andy recommends a dosage of 50mg but that seems a heck of a lot to me to start with and I am unsure about that.

Any advice here please?

Also, where do most poeple get their DMSA from, or DMPS come to that.?
