Hey all,

i am currently using Wormwood /black walnut/cloves for candida and eating no Sugar diet , but i dont seem to have any die off or any progress at killing candida.

I recently ordered Iodine - Now Foods Potassium Iodine but i am not sure whether this particular one is good as it only has 225 mcg per tablet and i read that i should take around 12,5 mg Iodine. So shall i take something like 10 tablets a day or more or shall i just order another Iodine supplement ?
