any suggestions imaxfli and hvgeragerthy? on the diet I am doing and the order to do things. thank you!

I did some research and it says that the order of things should be parasites, leaky gut and candida. is this correct? I have done multiple things, hulga clark method, mms, and last colonics with acv along with tinctures. nothing comes in the conventional stool test text. but I had an outbreak when I went oversees, at that point I had a constant rectal itch and a very annoying nose itch too. Now I only have rectal itch some times, specially if I am very hungry. I've heard this could be from candida.
Now, would it be advisable to take another test for parasites? I keep on seeing that BioHealth tests #401H is a good one. anyone has tried it, I wasn't able to find the cost.Or can suggest a good one that is not extremely expensive. My main complaint at this moment is low energy, mental fogginess, fatigue after eating (today is the second day with the diet I am following, feel much better after eating) strong mood swings and have cow milk sensitivity.
