This is something that I forget to mention at times.. Along with not being cold, and sweating better, eyes not being dry, another thing I have noticed since taking Iodine is that I dream again.


as a kid I used to dream pretty often too.. but then at some point it seemed to stop.. or was VERY rare.. I know people say you dream every night whether you remember it or not... but all I know is for years I went and never seemed to remember any dreams...

Now, I remember them several times a week just like I did when I was a kid.

Has anybody else noticed an uptick with dreams since taking iodine?
