My brother suffered from "tiny white things" coming out of pores. After reading and reading we decided to try Rice vinegar. He has taken a tablespoon per day and has many many of these coming out and dying now, it is very uncomforatable but seems to be lessening now. The bugs were very active at night so that he couldnt sleep. So far this has been the only thing helping to get rid of them.
