Yes, 8 full weeks, 100 mg. 2x a day. I took one a 4 PM on an empty stomach and one at 4 AM on an empty stomach. I did feel a lot of activity, flopping around, very gross. And I got a headache the first day. But still, there is movement left, especially after I eat or at night.
