Oh, I should mention that misadministration of IV ALA, supplemental ALA infrequently, and an EDTA &(DMSA? DMPS?) "challenge test", as well as "sacred clay" taken internally have all likely caused very bad redistribution that could have been avoided. ( >_< )

My blood or urine (I cannot recall which) mercury was extremely high.

I have not gotten my hair test yet.

I haven't read Cutler's Hair Test book, either - that's pending - so if there's newer information in there I should know about detoxing, I don't yet.

I intend to start with 12.5mg of DMSA (a 25 mg compounded capsule chopped in half) every 2.5-3 hours for at least 3 days. I weigh somewhere from 105-120 lbs, so 1/8th mg/ lb would be about 15mg at the most for a starting dose.
