I have been on tri-boron for about 1 month? or so. When I first started experimenting with it I got really tired so I thought it was either a detox reaction or it wasn't good for me.

Then I had the idea to take it right before bed and that worked out really well. It feels like it's relaxing my whole body at a deep level so I'm suspecting fluoride detox. Also an herbalist told me that boron helps to absorb calcium similar to the way vit. D works, so it could be that too.

Another really interesting thing is that both boron and Iodine are needed in people with certain gene mutations. I had some genetic testing done and I am one of those people who benefit from both of these, but I don't take the high doses of Iodine regularly.

So the short answer is so far it's not making a huge difference in the joint problems, but over time it might.

I have taken an extra morning dose, for a total of 6mg. Sometimes this helps smoothe the day out but it also makes me tired.

Boron is the only mineral that I like to take every day.

I would not expect it to work for stress related joint problems like the previous poster.
