I am mid 40s and have played college football and have lifted hard for 20 years. it has taken a toll on my joints and have developed Arthritis in my elbow and cant straighten out arm. I have pain cuz I still train 5 days a week. I have taken 1\4th of teaspoon of borax for a year. it does nothing for joints and my arthritic elbow. but I continue borax for the libido/test increase and other benefits. I have used 20 mule and mountain herb. even got boron caps as well.
