Well, it has depended. When I restrained myself from keeping the anziety down and going al...naturele, it took longer. When I had a little help to keep the anxiety down, once I understood that it is uncontrollable and causing serious issues and keeping me from detoxing well, the time is greatly reduced.

Parasites, worms in particular, cause excess cortisol in the body. You can't fight it with Melatonin or Cashews. It is intense. It keeps you from getting well.

Rest and relaxation during detox is a necessity. Whatever it takes to calm you.....but keep cleansing at the same time.
