As someone who has time and again clearly experienced the benefits of doing a bowel cleanse, cleanses which thus far have not ever produced the specimen and dramatic colon- shaped long black ropes, it seems to me mucoid plaque has become a red herring not unlike what some people have made out of the Hulda Clark LG Flush.
I've experienced the benefits of Bowel Cleanses of various methods. Whether or not anyone else accepts this was my experience, whether or not MP ever existed in anyone's lower GI and regardless of the pedigree of any person willing to testify for or deny that it ever existed in anyone's lower GI does not matter to me in light of the benefits I've experienced nonetheless. This past Saturday was day 6 of a fast (Master Cleanse). Sunday I awoke with somewhat severe low back pain and a few other symptoms that I, a layperson, diagnosed as sluggish & overworked kidney /UT owing to my failure to establish bowel regularity since having begun the fast. Monday I did a high enema ( 40 ounces of light tan liquid comprised of tea from burdock root and Wilsons coffee) , retained 15 minutes * which, when evacuated, did not produce black ropes but did produce ample black matter & liquid. The low back pain had already subsided some by the time I was cleaning the utensils. Tuesday i began the Schulze 2-day ( 1 gallon formula) kidney cleanse. As of tonight the back pain is gone and both urinary and bowel regularity are back to where I think they should be as the end of day ten is near.
* note about coffee enema: coffee enema done during fasting has on 3 out of 3 occasions been far easier to retain compared to those done when not fasting.
Back before I ever tried any bowel cleanse the first time, I had read a lot of information, some of which had included the aforementioned dramatic MP photos cycling the web for years. When the first BC was finished I remember some disappointment from not seeing any of those " wow ! " black ropes come out, but eventually I realized how much better I felt despite the lack of that particular drama.
