I found that Phosphatyl can built up a little bit in your system and too much can keep you awake. That happened with me on night three of taking it. There is a cream with it in there that is much lower with other calming properties called "AdrenaCalm" by Apex Energetics. Also what calms me tremendously is Theanine and Gaba. Theanine takes 3-4 days to kick in partially then a week to kick in fully. Also you probably know not to do any caffeine, right? As far as RX meds I take Trazodone at night to reduce cortisol to sleep. It works well.
