Next time you try Liver flush, take one half of the total amount of oilve oil and juice.
You can also try one half of the amount of epsom salt.

Vomiting is often sign you took too much.
Too much for your body size.

What is your weight? Height?

Smaller people and kids have tendence to vomit, and if they take less the next time, it usually goes better.


To prevent vomiting, it is important to walk after drinking the oil.

Also massaging stomach may help. But walking is a must!

While walking, you may be burping gasses, that way you will prevent vomiting.

Vi vomit when we have too much gass in the stomach.

Even when vomiting, Liver Flush can be succesfull! A lot of bile might have been flushed out.
