In the beginning I tried several flushes mentioned under cleanse. I can say they all worked. I did mainly Hulda Clark s, but got dehydrated. Since Andreas Moritz suggested
to drink water between the concoctions I added that. Just don't drink too close to the Epsom Salts and oil. Since I had a terrible time with not eating in the evening I changed
to Dr.Kelley's flush (without the enema)so I could have blue berries with the heavy whipped cream at night. He says that stimulates the bile. I also did the phos/coke one but
Kelley's was my favorite.
