what does it mean when doctors mention 'kicking out' chlorine, fluoride, and bromine from the body then, if that is the case?
what are our options once they are bound to the receptor?
they can be displaced with lighter elements, which means switching to a different element in our receptor site, and we know the same is possible for heavier elements (ie. iodine) IF they are present greater than a 1:1 ratio.
so is the game really over after something undesirable being bound to the receptor?
what i'm wondering is: after all this exposure and binding to cells, what's next? how can we go back? ideally i want to have 0 trace of these toxic halides in any of my tissues, so that when i do get exposed to anything, and they come in and kick out some iodine, i simply just take a small amount of Iodine to rid myself of them, which i imagine i would have to do on a regular basis considering we are exposed to them daily.
catch my drift? i want to achieve a state of balance around the level of trace amounts of halogens entering and displacing, and then being displaced and excreted. i think this would be the best possible scenario, aside from living in strict quarantine
