Toxic Hunger dosen't exist, so you cure something that dosent exist by eating sugar! Rock on you!

Do you suffer from insomnia Natway? Answer the question please. Because eating too many carbs causes insomnia, hence why this is a problem of yours.

Start to eat properly and you'll be getting a good nights sleep! Although you will crash when the Sugar come down starts, but don't worry, you'll still be healing.

Keep going, you'll see the error of your ways one day, but you are making progress, its evident by your recent posts, your running out of 'come backs' so eventually even your mind will see the patterns and understand where you are going wrong. It was great you used abbreviated commas when your referred to 'Toxic Hunger' like you do when you refer to 'Adrenal Fatigue' - see making progress, good lad!
