Thank you very much for the response, Refreshed. It is discouraging to have such a rough start but I will definitely take heed to your advice of being patient. For my next drink, I will make some adjustments to find what works for my body. I was taking about an hour or 2 to sip the whole drink, but I think I will extend that to maybe half a day or more and see how that goes. I have taken 2 of the baths, I drink about 3 liters of filtered water a day, I don't eat protein or grains for the last 4 hours I'm awake, and I am taking a 30 billion count probiotic with 24 strains. Still have a lot of reading to do, especially on how to test foods with a refractometer, but I am working towards putting the whole protocol in motion.

Thanks again for the advice. It's been a lonely road to recovery, but I am determined to love this life, rather than just endure it. Every little bit of encouragement makes a world of difference, as I'm sure you know. :)
