Quite literally laugh it off. My doctor laughed at my face and said I just need to exercise more. My mom verbally abuses me saying I dont go out enough and that I'm retarded because I avoid conversation. My sister has "know it all" syndrome so she thinks nothings wrong with me.

No cooperation but I know there is an end to this condition whether the doctors help or I end this myself.
