You might want to have your vitamin D levels checked. I was having anxiety and Depression issues and my doctor checked my D levels and they were extremely low. I started taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D a day and have felt fine since. If your doctor won't cooperate with the blood work you can have it done through Life Extension for 30 dollars.
