I wish we had an official ratio for the amount of selenium we need per MG of iodine, but we don't.

All we have is the Dr. Brownstein protocol that says to take 200mcg selenium with iodine, or in certain cases of disease to boost selenium to 400mcg or even to 800mcg "as specified by your doctor."

This question is another "50 Shades of Gray."
