It has taken me over two years and a mix of Lugol's, Iodoral and SSKI to reach a temp of 98.6-99.0 for most of the day. Morning temp is around 97.6-97.8. Used to be 96.8-97.0. It takes the body a long time to repair damage done by years of Iodine deficiency and you have to take enough (which is different for everyone) to displace bromide and flouride. Hang in there. Definitely worth it! My FBD is virtually gone!
