I've been taking Iodine since late December 2013. I started at 12 mg and have worked my way to 100 mg a day. I've been at this level for about 6 to 8 weeks. Im taking all the co-supplements, co-factors and 1/2 to 1 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt a day.

i can generally bank on my basal temperature to be between 96.82 and 96.84 each morning. I was hoping my thyroid would start to work again at some point so I decided to pulse dose. I didn't take any Iodine Tuesday or Wednesday.

Thursday morning my basal temperature had dropped to 96.43 and this morning it was 96.54 and it seems impossible for me to lose weight.

Any advice?
