Depression free naturally by joan larsson and antianxiety food solution by trudy scott. the books are available on amazon.zinc picolinate is a good form of zinc, but can make some people get sick. manganese is depleted in pyroluria(acording to dr. joan larsson) so
you have to increase this dosage (for every 30 mg of zinc, add 6 mg of manganese). I am not doctor but i did lot of research the last week .So i hope you can do the best choices with your doctors assistance.
