So I've been having gastro intestinal issues lately. Mostly high amounts of rancid flatulence and mild stomach pains. I just passed this stool and am worried that it could be a sign of internal bleeding or anything more severe that I should go see a doctor about. I have been eating a scoop of diatomaceous earth every day for the past few days and am wondering if this is just signs of a die off as well. When I closely examined the stool there were a few decent sized black seed like things in the brown portion of the stool. If anyone can comment on what is going on that would be amazing!
