hey white shark,

if i take pasteurized yogurt(with something like 6% fat) with a rotating lid, empty into it a capsule of probiotic with a bifido and lactobacillus strains(http://www.iherb.com/Renew-Life-Ultimate-Flora-Critical-Colon-Bifido-Max-80-Billion-30-Veggie-Caps/27551#p=1&oos=1&disc=0&lc=en-US&w=renew%20life%20colon&rc=261&sr=null&ic=2)
stir it in the bottle than close the lid and put it back into the fridge will it culture the bottle till next morning or a few days later? can this work?
if not, than will it work if the bottle will be kept outside the frige in higher temp?
