I use to have SD. It cleared up when I started using more natural personal care products (shampoo, conditioner, face and body soap) without Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulfate. You may want to research those.

Shampoos and conditioners from JASON and Aubrey Organics work for me. I also stopped using any kind of conventional styling products (like leave in conditioner) in my hair. I also use organic extra virgin coconut oil to moisturize my skin.
