I know these posts are kind of old,but I hope you are still around. Did you have any gout issues during this fast? and since you have lost a significant amount of weight have you had any gout attacks. I am doing my first 12 day Water Fast and I am wondering if I will get a gout attack while I am on just water. I hope you have been able to sustain your health/weight loss. finally someone like me out there. Great job.
