Yes I know, I was brought up in a lead environment, my father made leadlight windows for a hobby, we lived in an old villa with lead paint and lead pipes. Also I had Amalgam fillings put in when I was a child. And we were raised on weetbix with copious amounts of sugar. So yes... a few problems arising from heavy metals, candida, nutrient deficiency and Iodine deficiency - and possibly other pathogens. I have tried many things over the years with varying degrees of success, candida killers made me feel great for a while, heavy metal chelation made me feel like I was going to die - I think because it made the candida heaps worse. I am learning a lot as I go. I do like what Iodine has done for me and I will keep it up, I just realise now I need to take something else as well as it is not going to help with everything. Thanks for the matula tea suggestion, I have just ordered some so will give that a try :-)
