When energizing water magnetically for drinking (the art of exciting the electrons in water molecules to make Energized Structured Water), it is wise to use just the Bio-Negative pole of the magnets (geological North Pole) since the Bio-Negative field is the same energy field that the body uses to maintain health and overcome/neutralize inflammation, free-radicals (Positive) and any health conditions. Like anti-oxidants, the Bio-Negative energy neutralizes the Positive energy of inflammation while supporting healing, alkaline biochemistry and good cellular health/vitality.

Bio-negative is used for animals (humans, etc) and Bio-Positive is used to increase plant yields; Bio-negative slows the plant growth down.

When testing a magnet for the Bio-Negative or Bio-Positive pole, the needle of a compass that points to the North Pole of the Earth points to the Bio-Negative Pole of a magnet.

When energizing with the same [preferably Negative] polar field, the like-energy of the electrons of each water molecule repulses the other water molecules from each other which breaks up and atomically restructures the normal molecular associations (clusters) into micro-clusters and single water molecules.
