that makes sense to me i hope its true and what happened for u happens to me just as quick.

u say u went up to 300 a week? so how did that go for u and where r u now? did u take 300 a week to replenish ur thyroids Iodine or for detox benefits?

cause i just took another 50 today cause i have a feeling my thyroid is screaming for more Iodine and i'm thinking maybe i'l need to go higher to get this fixed faster.

i guess better to not put the cart before the horse and just try 100 mg for a few days if today works out. but still interested in ur experience.
