to be a true vegan you must eat everything as soon as its picked, bugs and all. if you cant do that, vegan as a healthy lifestyle is impossible. people survive, but the dont thrive and some get sick.

we all know what the ideal is. the ideal has been stolen from us with everyone trying to live better through chemistry.

we are really screwed. and you might need to make some compromises. for example, some thyroid and adrnal and thymus glandulars from nutrimeds would do you a world of good.
