Can you tell me how you added flaxseed oil to your diet with cottage cheese and yogurt? Isn't that cottage cheese and yogurt are not supposed to be that great for ckd? Im in stage 2 at the moment. Did you have to take this on a daily basis? how many times do you have to eat this type of diet?
