I believe I have liver toxicity. The Western Doctors say there is a problem with my liver but they're not sure what. The Chinese doctors say that it is overheated.

What I know is that if I don't eat 70% grains every day, twice a day, then I get a headache. Bad enough to wake me up in the middle of the night sometimes. The Chinese doctors say that there's a "fire" in my stomach/liver area and so if I don't feed it enough carbs, then the "heat" rises to my head and hurts.

I have tried to eat fruits or vegetables instead but every time I get a headache.

I would love to try just juice, but the headaches are too much for me to handle--I can't handle them--when one comes I have to eat to feel better.

Any advice?
