if you have detoxed and cleansed in the past, you may not be as toxic as you think. I can't remember how many drops are equal to 50mg, but if 8 is doing nothing to you, jump up to 50mg worth (on a weekend or a day you don't have to work) and then start increasing from there. You need more than 8 drops, so go until you hit detox and then adjust until the detox is bearable.
