I had those too! Ugh, so disturbing. We did a humaworm cleanse and ordered the RG cream and stuck it up my nose. As they were dying it was like an earthquake in my face...so awful, but we did two cleanses and they are finally starting to go away! We are going to do a third cleanse here soon. Worth looking into!
