i take plenty of ascorbic acid a day and i also take 1 gram of nicin 3-4 times a day as well as a gram of NAC3-4 times a day.

as for the ALA i stopped taking it cause i saw in a video that it interfiers with thyroid hormone production. what do u know about that?

i also drinks lots of vegitable juice so i doubt i'm low on potassium.

but anyway i got my first order of iodoral on friday and for the past 2 days i took 50 mg. i stopped with the chloerella for now and lets c how things go.
