Check out the short video about POTS/dysautonomia, and pay attention to the spaced out gaze of both individuals (the guy has it worse than the girl)

I would surmise that both individuals undoubtedly feel spaced out, with serious brain fog.

My opinion, FWIW, is this represents a likely gut-fungi infection.
