Dr. Brownstein only rcommends 1/2 tsp of real salt daily. That includes salting foods.

The "Salt Flush" is only used in cases of severe detox, and is just 1/2 tsp real salt with a lot of water to produce urination.

Also do the pulse dosing with severe detox.

Could you be taking too much salt?
