Well said, but aren't we telling our anecdotal experiences here? people need to be informed that some of the Liver Flush recipes are way too much oil, it's like cracking a nut with a sledge hummer. 1 cup oil or 1/2 cup oil is unnecessary. And Liver Flush is best on empty tommy, a day or two days Water Fast not to exceed that.
