The answer is hidden in relation between Sun and Earth
It means that the time (year) depends on the orbit of Earth around the Sun
If the diameter of orbit were another the time (year) would be also another
For example:
You are 40 years old
But if the diameter of orbit were smaller then you would be 50 years old
And if the diameter of orbit were bigger then you would be 30 years old
