sounds like U R really progressing and are on the right track...the thing that cured my constipation after 30 yrs was lactoferrin and Xylotol.....try to avoid grains and starch as much as possible...a little gluten free is ok....try a couple tblspns of flax pwdr daily and use some lemon juice with it...
as for the drugs U can not..and will not get well using PHx drugs...they really damage your gut by stopping acid production of which is essential for breaking down your proteins and absorption of minerals and nutrients...these acid blocker type drugs should be made illegal as they cause untold many health problems down the line....I am speaking from experience here...trust me on this 1.... all the best of health and good luck..
