All of my research says that both Iodine & Iodide are required for optimal health, including the links you just provided above. Do you have any research to show that Iodine is not needed?

The Lugols formula has been used for 125 years with good results. Where is the research to say that Iodine is not needed, and that Iodide supplies all of the bodies needs?

The iodine doctors have a track record of curing thousands of patients with the Lugols Formula.

Conversion of Iodide into iodine is all theoretical, l but I believe it's true to some extent. Still, we don't know how effectively each person will convert.

Personally, I wouldn't gamble on taking only KI when Lugol's has proven so successful for 175 years. Stakes are too high with diseases such as Fibrocystic Breasts, Ovary Cysts, Uterus fibroids and much more.
